The distinctive style of this residential building is felt across all precast white elements made with Aalborg White cement from façade with textural finishes, terraces, to sandwich and hollow walls with structure, all of which were produced by C-concrete. Thanks to the high chemical purity of white cement, white prefab elements with high reflectivity casts building with shining appearance that perfectly satisfied the architecture aesthetic requirements of Met Zicht Op Zee Archtects.
