    He started in business incubation and private equity,then moved to Management Consulting, supporting clients in strategy and change management projects.

    He joined the HVAC industry, first in Corporate Strategic Planning in AristonThermoGroup, staff to the CEO, then in Ferroli Group in Export Sales, with a responsibility over Sales & Marketing covering Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, CIS and the US.

    Entered building materials sector by joining Cementir Holding in Aalborg Portland in 2010, based as an expat in Copenhagen, DK.  Commercial and Business Development Director in the Nordic & Baltic Region, he has driven the strategy implementation to consolidate the leadership position White Cement in Europe and worked on several growth and strategic projects covering the full value chain Agg-Cem-RMC.

    Moved to Cementir Holding, back in Rome beginning 2017 as Group Chief Sales, Marketing & Commercial Development Officer. Going the extra mile, he is leading the global commercial strategy for the whole range of products in Cementir Group, with a focus over White Cement and its strategy implementation, including enhancing the brand perception and identity in all the Regions. He is pursuing the Group Innovation agenda and its strategic opportunities, launching, among others, InWhite Solutions.

    Ph.D., M.Sc. in Civil Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark.

    He started his career as a Research Engineer at Aalborg Portland A/S Research&Quality Centre, followed by several years in a Technical Consulting role to serve white cement customers in Export markets.

    For a period of 3 years, he occupied a position as Senior Project Manager at the Department of Traffic Infrastructure, COWI Denmark.

    Since January 2018, he leads Cementir Holdings global innovation process InWhiteTM for white cement and special products/solution, from collection of market insights throughout the Group, idea generation, business modelling and implementation, to achieve overall business growth. Including new markets/segments, solutions/products and applications.

    Furthermore, he leads the Strategic Product Offering activities – assessment and refinement of the Group product portfolio in all its strategic regions to strengthen our competitive position and maximizing our value proposition to our customers.

    He started his career in Cementir Group in 2010 by joining Cementir Italia as Market Analyst. Moved to Cementir Holding in 2013 as Marketing and Business Development, he has coordinated the design and the implementation of the CRM and the BI tools.

    From beginning 2018, as Commercial Development Senior, in the newborn Sales, Marketing & Commercial Development Department, he plays a key role in the Group´s commercial development activities in new and existing markets, as well as in Cementir Holdings global innovation process InWhiteTM, at a global level. Among other contributions, he undertakes value chain analyses, capitalization of value contribution by new technologies/solutions, financial simulation of new business and optimization of existing business.

    Bachelor degree in Advertising at Shanghai Normal University. She has 14 years’ experience in marketing, communications, media and advertising.

    She worked for Aalborg Portland China in 2009 starting from Marketing Executive and progressed to Marketing Manager in 2015. She has implemented co-marketing with external stakeholders/industrial KOLs on several national wide big events, product applications education activities on multiple platforms to enhance Aalborg White brand visibility and reputation in the industry. She was also involved in M&A business plan development in China.

    In 2017, she moved to Cementir Holding as White Cement Marketing Manager in the Sale, Marketing and Commercial Development Department, working in the corporate function aiming to strengthen and consolidate the global Aalborg White brand by implementing IMC initiatives. Meanwhile, establishing and improving brand awareness of innovative products developed under "InWhite Solution" over the globe.

    Prior to Aalborg Portland & Cementir, she worked as Media Tactical Planner, Marcom&GA Executive and IMC Exectutive respectively for Publicis Zenith Media, Johnson&Johnson Pharmaceuticals and Nippon Paint in China.

    Søren Holm Christensen holds a Master of Economics & Business Administration from Aalborg University, Denmark.
    He joined the Cementir Group, Aalborg Portland in May 2006 as a Trainee with focus on Business Controlling, Planning and Management Support. In 2008 he held the position as Procurement Manager in Aalborg Portland.

    In 2009 he was appointed Finance Director in the Nordic & Baltic Region with the focus to establish and optimize a new financial shared service center in the region.

    In 2013 he is appointed responsible for strategic planning and business controlling for the region supporting the CEO.
    In 2015 Søren Holm Christensen was appointed Managing Director of the Danish RMC business (Unicon Denmark) and held this position until May 2018 where he was appointed Head of the Nordic & Baltic Region.

    With experience from technical sales and sales support in the paper industry, he moved to the marine industry, where he joined Aalborg Industries, which later was acquired by Alfa Laval, and had multiple roles within Sales, CRM and Sales management, in Europe as well as globally, up to 2014.

    In 2014 he started as CCO at Skamol A/S, a company working in high temperature insulation and building materials, with responsibility of both Sales and Marketing.

    In 2016 he joined Aalborg Portland A/S in DK as Commercial Director with responsibility for Sales and Marketing of grey and white cement sold in the Nordic countries, as well as white cement sales in central European countries.

    Graduated from Aalborg Business College. Supplementing training within Export law and International leadership. He has 35 years of international experience in export sales across the globe, strategy implementation and intercultural leadership of sales teams.

    He started his business career in shipping, moved to international sales of bunker and entered the building materials sector by joining Aalborg Portland in 1986.

    He has driven the Export Organisation at Aalborg Portland since 1996 transforming a former distributor-based sales network to direct sales to end-users from own sales subsidiaries in Aalborg Portland’s strategic and key markets in Europe.

    From 1999 to 2004 he was responsible for establishing export sales of Aalborg White® cement from Aalborg Portland’s factory in Egypt, Sinai White Portland Cement to the markets in the Middle East, while at the same time being involved in establishing sales of white cement from Aalborg Portland’s factories in Malaysia and China.

    Member of Marketing Committee at Aalborg Portland’s joint-venture company in the USA until 2016 (Lehigh White Cement Co.) operating nationwide.

    Extensive sales activities of grey cement to the USA, West Africa and Northern Europe from 1989 till 2006. Responsible for Aalborg Portland’s subsidiaries in Poland, Russia, Belgium and France.

    Graduated in Business and Economics focussed on Marketing/Sales and General Management at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences as well as at the Cologne Business School, Frank has gained almost 20 years of International expertise in strategic and operative Technical Sales activities in the B2B sector.

    Even before starting his studies, Frank gained first experience in the construction business when he completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk.

    After having finished his studies, he took over the role as Head of Sales and Marketing of a precast company based in Western Germany.

    Frank deepened his international experience in the role as Key Account Manager Export for an international group in the Traffic Engineering sector, being responsible for Sales activities and Key Accounts in Northern Europe as well as in UAE and the US.

    As the Regional Sales Manager of an international group in the plant construction and Engineering sector, Frank had the full Sales responsibility for the Asia/Pacific Region including the Contract negotiation on a Senior Management Level.

    He joined Aalborg Portland A/S in Spring 2015 as the Area Sales Manager for Germany and Benelux, being responsible for all Sales activities of White cement and InWhite products in the region.

    In addition to this role, in Summer 2017 Frank was appointed General Manager of the Belgian branch Aalborg Portland Belgium NV. Together with his team, he is reinforcing the group´s position as Market Leader White cement in the Benelux region as well as strengthening the brand perception and establishing the InWhite products on the market.

    In 2004, he began as supervisor for the NF Adjuvants tests for CERIB, a Technical and Industrial Center (CTI) .

    In 2008, he joined BASF CC France and worked as Technical sales engineer for 10 years. He then became a sales manager for the south east of France.

    In 2020, he started working for Aalborg Portland as a technical sales manager developping white cement sales in the south of France.

    He started as Technical Support and prescription Engineer for Swiss Multinational HILTI.

    He joined the Cement and Concrete business 20 years ago in a commercial function for CCB, Italcementi Group. He worked 14 years as Technical-Commercial Manager for Benelux and France for the whole range of products: Cement, Aggregates and Concrete. He fulfilled some missions in innovation development and implementation such as selfcleaning cement, air-depolluting Cement, Ultra High Performance Concrete.

    In 2012 started own business as consultant in Precast Industry under the name BeTom Design&Consulting. He realised different missions in High-End Architectonic Concrete Market and UHPC Market for Byldis(NL), Bruil(NL) and Hi-Con(DK). He also developped an own range of UHPC products (furniture) in the company BeTom-Design.

    Since 2019, come-back in Cement Industry as Technical Sales Manager for Aalborg Portland Belgium, covering Benelux and French market with focus on White Cement.

    Graduated from Warsaw School of Economics in 1984. He has 30 years of international experience in sales and business development.

    He started his work in foreign trade, automotive industry – POL-Mot Co. Ltd.

    After political changes in 1989 in Poland, he joined ARGO-Impex Co. Ltd as Export Director, responsible for export of different steel products to various countries in Europe.

    He entered the building materials sector by joining Calanda BV /Calanda Poland Co. Ltd./ - Netherlands Company, co-operating with Brett Martin, next Bituwell Poland Co. Ltd. As a Managing Director, he successfully developed sales of German products on the Polish market.

    He continued his career in the building materials sector by joining Aalborg Portland Poland in 1996, first as National Sales Manager and then from 2000 as a Managing Director.

    He focused on building a brand power of AALBORG WHITE Cement on the Polish market and then in Eastern Europe. He has been leading Aalborg Portland Poland Team, with which he achieved a market leader position.

    During his work in Aalborg Portland, he took part in the FLS Academy Personal Leadership Program training in Denmark and USA in 2001 - 2003. Now he continues the company’s strategy of expanding markets for White Cement and introducing new products

    By joining Cementir Holding in Aalborg Portland in 2006 he entered building materials sector. As a Sales Manager he successfully opened new CEE markets as well as strengthen market leader position of AALBORG WHITE brand in Poland.

    He is managing all road and sea logistic at Aalborg Portland Poland including bulk and bags deliveries as well as taking part in launching new InWhite products and solutions.

    Graduated in Economics from the University of Genoa, Fabrizio Carraro has more than 30 years of experience in the industrial sector, covering managerial roles in production companies, but with also some significant experience in consultancy.

    In 1997 he joined Cementir Group contributing to the significant growth of the company and covering several key roles, such as Commercial Director and then Chief Operating Officer in Cementir Italia, and in Cementir Holding being Chief ComEx Officer and then Chief Sales & Marketing officer.

    Prior to Cementir, Fabrizio covered significant roles in both public and private companies, such as ILVA, TDI, ILP, Bravosolution and IBL.

    In 2018 he was appointed CEO of Asia Pacific Region, which includes Malaysia China and Australia.

Later obtained MBA from University of Lincoln, UK.

    Joined Cementir Aalborg Malaysia in 2002, started as Sales Engineer, took up the General Manager role in 2004 for JV company with Thailand Siam Cement incorporated in Singapore; operational office based in Taiwan. Moved back to Malaysia in 2006 and work on acquisition project and business development in Vietnam. Later moved to Shanghai with family in 2009, leading S&M department inclusive outbound logistic for newly expanded China white cement plant. Set up sales offices and logistic warehouses in Guangzhou, Beijing, Changsha & Chengdu; business expansion in Chinese unstructured market environment and export has led the company grows as biggest white cement plant in Asia. Highly involved in M&A activities.

    Back to Malaysia in early 2019 as Asia Pacific Region S&M Director. Work with team on white cement exports especially emerging markets in SEA; functional support on group white cement strategy implementation on business units across Asia Pacific region.

    Daniel is a dedicated Sales Manager with specialization in technical sales, graduated with B. Eng (Hons) Materials & Manufacturing Engineering degree from Sheffied Hallam University, England. He has 18 years of experience in sales and marketing, operations and budgeting.

    Beginning his career as a Sales Excutive in Citibank-Consumer Banking, he was promoted to Assitant Team Sales Manager within a year. Daniel is always passionate about industrial sales that he decided to join Hempel Coating as Technical Sales Executive for implementing brand awareness, generate leads, and acquire new customers in year 2001.

    In year 2003, He joined Aalborg Portland as Sales & Marketing Engineer and was promoted as Sales Manager - Domestic in 2008 to drive Malaysia and Singapore's revenue, with a focus on growing the company’s profitability in different channels.

    With the strong market knowledge and analytical skills, he was entrusted to handle additonal portfolio for export market sales in 2019.

    Recipient of 1997 Tun Razak Youth Leadership Awards in association to Konrad Adenauer Foundation, Berlin. This annual award is presented to selected Malaysian youth to undergo intensive strategic military training by Royal Malaysian Navy to build up leadership, strategic management, psychology and physical fitness, war skills, emotional and intelligence quotient development of recipients.

    Proven sales and business development track record in regional cement industry settings with accumulated twenty-four years’ of working experience since 1996 up to present. Pioneer in starting up white cement export business within the Asia Pacific region starting from year 1999.
         
    Started career as Auditor in KPMG Peat Marwick Malaysia, the mentioned then joined Lafarge Malaysia Berhad as Sales Executive in 1996 managing domestic industrial users’ account. In 1999, selected to attend Lafarge’s Training Academy in Atlanta USA on an emerging manager’s programme, promoted to Divisional Sales Manager less than three years from joining the organisation.

    Joined Aalborg RCI White Cement in 1999 as Export Development Manager with then total cement production and sales of 60,000 MT per year. In 2008 promoted to head the Sales and Marketing team of Aalborg Portland Malaysia Sdn Bhd managing the business of white cement (local and export) as well as skim coat products of SCI.

    Started to work as Sales Engineer in a MNC engineering company before joining Malayan Cement in 1993 as an Engineer in Technical Marketing of Commercial Division to promote special cement.  Joined Aalborg Portland Malaysia in 2003 as Marketing Manager in charge for marketing drymix range of products and later move on to white cement business unit taking charge of marketing and promotional activities on new white cement applications. Tasked to focus on Distributor selling channel in 2017 for both Malaysia and Singapore in white cement & drymix product portfolio and in 2019, to take up white cement export roles to cover Japan, Myanmar, Hong Kong and Taiwan apart from functional support to Asiapac Sales Marketing Commercial Development Department.

    33-years work experience in production, technology and sales in white cement industry. Now is the East China Sales Manager of Aalborg Portland.

    Participated in the establishment of Anhui Anqing white cement factory before 1992, and worked as technician and engineer successively, focusing on the factory construction, staff production technology training, enterprise trial operation and technical transformation.

    After 1992, worked in cement sales, serving as Sales Manager and Factory Operating Manager successively, focusing on team management, product channel development and application, and ensuring the improvement of corporate profits.

    Worked as Sales Manager in Aalborg Portland (Anqing) Company since 2005, Led the sales team to successfully introduce white cement products into the Chinese market, expanded the sales channel, promoted the product application and enhanced the brand awareness.

    After the company's capacity expansion in 2009, served as East China Sales Manager, focusing on the market segment and sales in east China; participated in the SIX SIGMA project for many times to promote the sales and innovative application of white cement in the market segment in China; participated in negotiation and after-sales service of large-scale cast-in-situ white bare concrete projects like Chizhou Yangtze river bridge in Anhui province with 5,000 tons of Aalborg Portland white cement consumption, boosting the use of white concrete in large-scale infrastructure projects in China.

    He has rich experience in team management, market analysis, channel development and product application.

    32 years work experience in white cement industry with a high school education background.

    In Aalborg Portland (Anqing) Company, worked as equipment maintainance and sales postion for 17 years.

    After that, promoted as Sales Manager of Central China. Led the sales team to establish the Sales Region of Central China in 2009, and successively established Chengdu office and Changsha office to promote the Aalborg Portland brand in the Central and Western markets of China in a short time. Aalborg Portland cement can be found in many landmark buildings in Central and Western China, like Chengdu Ravers, Changsha Meixi Lake Art Center, Changde Happy Valley and other buildings.
     
    Made an important contribution to brand awareness improvement in Central and Western China.

    After moving to Sydney, Australia in 1998, Steve specialised in implementing Quality Management Systems to meet ISO 9001 accreditation, intially at Svedala Australia before moving to Boral in 2001 where he implemented systems within the Clay and Concrete division. Relocating to Brisbane followed in 2004, and his knowledge of manufacturing processes enabled him to progress to National Quality & Technical Manager with Boral’s Concrete Roof Tile business.

    A career move following in 2009 when Steve moved into a Sales Management role at LANXESS, utilising technical experience of pigments to colour concrete, coatings and plastics.
    He moved to Aalborg Portand Australia in 2014, initially at Sales Manager ANZ. He has now progressed to his current role of General Manager.

    Alessandro Civera is a manager with more than 20 years of experience in international groups in different industrial sectors, cement, chemicals and chemical fibers.
    He has a consistent experience abroad and in the management of international teams.

    Graduated in Industrial Chemistry from University of Torino, he received his MBA from Bocconi University in Milano.

    After diversified experiences in chemical and chemical fiber sectors, he joined Italcementi Group in 2005, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in Italy and abroad.

    He joined Cementir Group in 2016 as Managing Director and CEO of the Egyptian subsidiary Sinai White Portland Cement Company, leading a successful turnaround bringing the company to compete on European and international markets. Since 2020 he has been appointed Head of the North American Region.

Now with over 30 years in the Industry he is recognized as a leader, motivator with strong sales and industry expertise.

    In 1994 he was promoted to his first Management position and relocated with St Marys (Blue Circle Cement) to Missouri. As a District Sales Manager he was responsible for logistics and sales management over 4 states in the Central US.

    Entering the Ready-Mix Concrete industry for seven years gave him a different perspective of the heavy construction industry. William gained G.M. experience providing ready mixed concrete to state and local DOT’s and the knowledge of running a business from start to end.

    He then returned to the cement industry with Lehigh White Cement Co. in 2006 as Southeast Regional Manager based in Tampa, Florida. This position involved direct sales to National Accounts, terminal operations, Sales Administration management along with Logistics control. William is very involved with many industry related trade associations and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Pavers).

    The combined experiences and driven style have led to his current position as Vice President handling strategic tasks involving new product innovation, growth and expansion projects along with managing the Sales and Administration for the US and Canada.

Mr. Rowland is a Fellow of the American Concrete Institute, recipient of the 2015 ACI Concrete Sustainability Award and former Chair of ACI’s Decorative Concrete Committee.     She started her career working in R&D of cementitious materials in 2012, first at INTEVEP in Venezuela, followed by a position as Product Specialist at ITW division for premixed UHPC products in Aalborg, Denmark.

    Along her career, she has committed to finding new applications for cement and concrete, starting with the development of slurries of oil well cement for high pressure and high temperature conditions. Since 2017, shea has joined Cementir Holding as White Cement Application Specialist, leading technical development projects in Cementir Holdings InWhiteTM innovation process She plays a key role with the responsibility of developing innovative solutions for well-known applications, or completely new applications for white cement based products.

    Her efforts are capitalizing into highly innovative concrete products, such as Ultra High Performance Concrete, Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete and 3D printing mortars, being introduced to the market under Cementir Holding´s InWhiteTM Solution umbrella brand.
