A new City Hall is rising in La Roche-sur-Yon, Vendée, a historic town founded by Napoleon I in 1804.

Designed by the firm Richez Associés, the building features a distinctive facade structured with concrete mullions that blend of contemporary and classical styles, reinforcing its institutional identity.

Approximately 257.46 m² of Bétomur Coffré integrated formwork walls were produced and supplied by Soriba, using CEM I 52.5 R Aalborg White® cement. The precast elements, tinted in a stone tone and finished with a sandblasted texture in three different thickness, lend the building its refined and high-quality appearance.

The choice of Aalborg White cement selected by soriba ensured outstanding mechanical performance, both at early and 28-day strength, as well as excellent compatibility with admixtures. Total 551.56 m² of traditional panels were produced with consistent colour and performance.
