B-Park building located in the heart of the Vidailhan eco-district In Balma, near Toulouse of France, is designed by architects Patrick Charoin and Marina Donda.
A total of 200 panels were prefabricated off-site at Labège factory of Préga. Each precast concrete panel features a 5 cm white facing concrete layer, made with D-CARB®, combined with a 10cm structural gray concrete backing. The reinforcement density reaches 80 kg/m³.
Two types of Reckli molds were used to create nature stone like textures with varying grain and detail.
The 3-story building is scheduled for completion in Summer 2025. Fully compliant with RE 2020 regulations, it is targeting HQE BD V4 "Very High Performance" certification.
